Free 3-song EP for Moog

The good folks at Moog Music asked me to make some music with the Moog Voyager RME to commemorate its end of production. They just announced it here: http://www.moogmusic.com/news/moog-releases-robert-rich-ep-commemorate-discontinuation-iconic-synth.

Almost all of the sounds come from the rack-mount Voyager, with some mangling via Metasonix, Eowave Resonator and Eventide H3000.

  1. Great. Love it. A lot going on in those short pieces! Wonder why Moog is discontinuing the Voyager RME.

Curiously, the first piece downloads as a .wav file; the other two are mp3’s at 48k.

Also, thanks for the excellent concert in SJ. Nice images too — simple, but effective. I feel like I should write a full review somewhere.

  2. Wow ! Amazing ! Only too short, wish it could last much longer… Thank you for sharing Robert.
